Therapeutic Groups for Kids, Teens, and Families

At Summit Ranch, we offer seasonal group programs designed to help kids, teens, and families connect, grow, and build real-life tools in a safe, movement-based environment. Whether it’s advocacy and support strategies for dyslexia, developing emotional regulation, or managing OCD, our groups are strengths-based, playful, and rooted in compassion.

  • Find balance and take control.

This outdoor-focused group helps teens build confidence, reduce anxiety, and develop real tools to manage intrusive thoughts. Each session blends education, mindfulness, movement, and hands-on challenges to make facing fears feel more approachable. It’s a judgment-free space where they can learn, grow, and feel more in control—without pressure or shame.

  • Connect. Self-advocate. Thrive.

Created for teens with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or other neurodivergent traits, this group offers a fun, low-pressure space to explore communication, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. Through games, movement, creative expression, and real conversations, teens gain confidence and build connection—with others and with themselves.

  • Build community, share strategies, and feel understood.

This group gives parents space to connect with others who truly get it—sharing support, tips for advocacy, and encouragement from lived experience. At the same time, kids spend time in a fun, welcoming environment where they can bond with peers who also learn differently. It’s a place where no one feels alone—just supported, empowered, and seen.
