Director and Therapist

Jordanne Ehrhart, LCSW, brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role as a Clinical Therapist at Summit Ranch.

With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas and over eight years of experience in various clinical settings, Jordanne is dedicated to supporting adolescents through their mental health journeys.

Her approach is integrative, combining traditional modalities like CBT and ACT with innovative practices in somatic and mindfulness therapies.

Jordanne specializes in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, always with a focus on fostering strong, therapeutic relationships that empower her clients toward healing and self-discovery.

Katie Black
Executive Function Coach

Katie Black is an enthusiastic Executive Function Coach with a rich background in education and a passion for helping young people navigate the complexities of learning and personal development.

Holding a Master’s in Secondary Education and trained at the Executive Function Coaching Academy, Katie has dedicated over two decades to educational roles, helping students with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.

At Summit Ranch, she applies her deep understanding of executive functioning to help children and teens enhance their organizational skills, attention, and impulse control, thereby improving their academic and daily lives.

Katie’s approach is hands-on and empathetic, ensuring that each child receives the tools they need to succeed.

Ashley baker
barn manager

Ashley Baker, DVM, brings a wealth of experience in veterinary medicine to Summit Ranch.

Earning her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University, Ashley has spent the past 16 years in private practice, specializing in animal care and wellness.

At Summit Ranch, she is passionate about helping children build confidence through hands-on interactions with animals. She fosters a safe and supportive environment where kids can learn about animal care, develop a sense of responsibility, and embrace the joy of getting their hands dirty.

Alan gibson
Mental health counseling intern

Alan Gibson, BS, brings six years of experience in mental health to his role at Summit Ranch, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Freed-Hardeman University, Alan is currently pursuing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University, specializing in trauma. His background includes extensive work in crisis intervention, supporting children and families in building resilience and emotional well-being.

Alan’s therapeutic approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression.

Committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, Alan helps clients develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges.
